TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our aim is to offer accommodation which provides a quiet retreat for all our guests. In line with this we respectfully request that noise levels be kept subdued from 10:30pm onwards. We appreciate your cooperation. ~ Thank you.
- Please wear a mask on arrival. Sanitizer will be provided.
- Accounts to be settled in full before, or on arrival via bank transfer (EFT)
- Check in time is between 2pm and 6pm a late arrival fee of R500 will be charged unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
- Rooms are let strictly according to the number of beds available.
- Children 12 years and over are welcome.
- All facilities are for the use of paying guests only. In consideration of other guests, no visitors are permitted, unless by prior arrangement with management.
- No smoking is permitted in the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining area or veranda area.
- We do not have any self catering or braai facilities. We request that any takeaway meals brought onto the premises, be eaten in the dining room.
- No pets are allowed.

Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.
The Proprietor, its agent/s and its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
